The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Secured Paper (Hereinafter Referred To As Subprints) Intended For Printing Diplomas And Certificates For The Warsaw School Of Economics In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Extending The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Agreement In The Scope Of Successive Deliveries Of Subprints By Further Periods Not Longer Than A Total Of 24 Months (2 Times 12 Months Each) With An Increase In The Value Of The Order Each Time To A Maximum Of 100% Of The Maximum Value Of The Basic Order (2 Times 100% For Each Of The 12-Month Options), On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
