13. Subject Of The Order 13.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of Social Services In The Form Of Long-Term Care For The Residents Of Krasnystaw In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Completion Of Tasks Under The Project Helping Hand - Health Services For People In Need Of Support From The City Of Krasnystaw, A Minimum Of 18 Months. The Implementation Of Long-Term Care Means Support In The Form Of Long-Term Nursing Care And Care Services For 25 Project Participants.13.2 Long-Term Nursing Care Will Be Provided Within 18 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract By Nurses For An Average Of 24 Clock Hours Per Month For Each Person (25 People) - (An Average Of 75 Clock Hours Per Month For 1 Nurse). The Nurse Position Will Be Staffed By 8 People. It Is Estimated That 10,800 Hours Of Services Will Be Provided Under The Contract. The Above. Support Will Be Provided As Part Of Visits Organized At The Place Of Residence Of A Given Project Participant From: And Dates Adapted To The Needs/Potential/Preferences Of The Participant (Possibility Of Organizing Visits In The Afternoon/Evening And On Saturdays And Sundays). Long-Term Nursing Care Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of November 22, 2013 On Guaranteed Benefits In The Field Of Nursing And Care Services Within Long-Term Care. Obligations Under The Above-Mentioned This Position Is: Providing Long-Term Nursing Care In The Place Of Residence, Including, Among Others: The Following Topics: Treatment Of Wounds And Pressure Sores, Changing Dressings, Replacing Catheters, Administering Medications, Connecting Drips, Giving Injections. Providing Hygienic And Medical Care, Including: Washing, Changing, Washing, Combing And Dressing, Taking Into Account The Problems Of Maintaining Hygiene In Meeting Physiological Needs, Changing Diapers,  Assistance With Bathing, Washing, Combing And Dressing, Taking Into Account The Problems Of Maintaining Hygiene In Meeting Physiological Needs, Making The Bed, Putting The Patient In Bed, Assistance In Changing Body Position, Preventing The Development Of Bedsores, Care Recommended By The Doctor (Administering Medications, Lubrication, Compresses), Ordering Medical Visits, Contacting The Doctor In Matters Related To The Clients Health, Filling Prescriptions, In Justified Cases Accompanying The Patient On The Way To And From The Hospital And Other Health Care Facilities. Assistance With Eating Meals, Feeding. People Involved On The Above Position Will Have A Higher Education In Nursing And Have Completed A Specialization Or Qualification Course In The Field Of Long-Term Care, Or Nursing Of Chronically Ill And Disabled People, Or Conservative Nursing, Or Family Nursing, Or Community Nursing, Or Community-Family Nursing, Or Pediatric Nursing, Or Geriatric Nursing, Or Palliative Care Nursing Or A Specialist Course In The Field Of Palliative Care, Or During These Specializations Or
