The Offered Vehicle That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical Conditions Provided For By The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland For Motor Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads And The Conditions Provided For By The Provisions Of Community Law In The European Union For Motor Vehicles, Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions And Have An Appropriate Approval Certificate.3.
