The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E, Including The Sale And Distribution Service Of Gas Fuel For The Buildings Of The Primary School With Integration Branches No. 4. Erazm Józef Jerzmanowski In Wieliczka Located At: A. Street Krzyszkowicka 18A, 32-020 Wieliczka (1 Consumption Point, Tariff Group W-5), B. Street Sadowa 1B, 32-020 Wieliczka (1 Consumption Point, Tariff Group W-5).2. The Natural Gas Supplied By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 266, 834, 859, 1847, 1881, As Amended) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As Other Related Acts Of Applicable Law And Polish Standards. Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered And Distributed To The Consumption Points Indicated Below. The Expected Demand For Natural Gas Is 1,034,600 Kwh. The Indicated Forecasted Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Actually Consumed During The Term Of The Contract. A Reduction Or Increase In The Amount Of Gas Fuel Actually Consumed In Relation To The Estimated Quantity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Recipient), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Gas Fuel Actually Consumed At The Rates Specified In The Concluded Contract And Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims By The Contractor. It Is Assumed That The Fluctuations In The Actual Gas Fuel Consumed In Relation To The Forecast Consumption Will Not Exceed 20% Of The Forecast Consumption. An Increase In The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed Will Be Treated As An Increase In The Scope Of The Order Under The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Upzp. 3.1. An Order Performed Within The Optional Scope Will Be Implemented On The Terms Provided For The Basic Order, In Particular Using Unit Prices As For The Basic Order, And Will Be Performed During The Term Of The Contract. 3.2. Any Exercise Of The Right To Increase The Subject Of The Order Under The Option Will Take Place If The Ordering Party Finds That The Demand For Gas Fuel At Individual Collection Points Is Higher Than Expected.3.3. In Order To Activate The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Submit To The Contractor A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right To A Specified Extent. The Declaration Will Include The Size Of The Option, Its Value (Calculated On The Basis Of The Offered Prices And Distribution Tariff
