The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: 1) A Brand New Stump Grinder - 1 Piece, 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure And The Minimum Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 3) The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Instruct At Least 2 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In A Time Not Less Than 1 Hour (1 Hour = 60 Min), 4) Codes Regarding The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 42623000-9 - Milling Machines.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer Information Regarding The Offered Devices (Equipment)/Products, Specified In Point 1 Of The Table In Column 5 Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order. The Information Provided Must Relate To The Devices/Products Offered. This Information Must Be So Detailed That In The Event Of Various Configurations Of Devices/Products, It Is Possible To Clearly Determine What Device/Product Is Offered By The Contractor.4. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Provide The Information Referred To In Section 3 Will Be Rejected, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Solutions With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Public Data. In Case Of Doubts Whether The Offered Devices/Products Are Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Right To Call On The Contractor To Provide Explanations.6. Common Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New Devices/Products With The Necessary Cabling And Equipment, With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz; 2) Brand New Means - Just Made, Not Used, Not Destroyed, Recently Acquired, Freshly Made, Not Remanufactured, Factory Packed Without The Intervention Of Third Parties. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Explains That By Third Parties He Means Entities That Are Not An Authorized Service Center Of The Offered Devices Or A Service Partner Of The Offered Devices. 3) The Delivered Devices/Products Must Have An Operating Manual In Polish; 4) The Delivered Products/Devices/Equipment Must Be Complete And Technically Functional, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The European Union Market; 5) All Devices/Products/Equipment Must Be Accompanied By All Accessories, Cables And Other Elements Necessary For Their Commissioning And Proper Use;6) The Contractor Undertakes, For The Duration Of The Warranty, To Remove Reported Defects Or Faults Free Of Charge On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template;7) The Contracto
