The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, Along With Land Development As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Delivery Of A Playground With Assembly And A Safe Surface At The Miś Uszatek Nursery In Stegna, In Accordance With This Description And The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. Scope Of This Order: A Playground With An Area Of ​​716 M2 With A Safe Surface Made Of Sbr Boards, Fenced With A Fence With A Safe Ending On A Concrete System Foundation. The Following Playground Equipment Is Planned To Be Delivered And Installed:1) D+Z1 - Set Of A House With A Roof + Slide + Tunnel + Steps With A Net 2) D+Z2 - Set Of 2X House With A Roof + 2 X Slide + 2 X Tunnel3) D+L - Set Of A House With A Roof + Mini Maze + Abacus4) Dc - House With A Roof Providing Shade - 2 Pcs.5) Pa - Sandbox6) Tractor Springboard7) Car Springboard8) Steel Bench With Backrest - 2 Pcs.9) Garbage Bin3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle The Existing Playground. 4. The Subject Of The Order Delivered Under This Procedure Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage And Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet Appropriate Standards, Have Appropriate Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Quality Certificates And Approvals And Other Documents Confirming That It Meets All Standards And Requirements Provided For By Law. 7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Against Defects For The Delivered Products.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Full Scope Of This Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Proceedings Described In The Swz (With Annexes), Applicable Legal Provisions, Applicable Standards, The Contractors Offer And The Arrangements With The Ordering Party.9. This Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Miś Uszatek Nursery In Stegna As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2025 Program, Co-Financed By The Labor Fund. 10. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be In Accordance With The Design Documentation. Other Requirements Included In Section Iv Of The Swz.
