The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Truck With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons, Equipped With A Hydraulic Crane (Hds) - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Assortment Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Assortment And Price Form (Hereinafter Referred To As The List), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation And Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order (Supply) Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order: Pln 290,000.00 Gross. The Contracting Authority Envisages Invalidation Of The Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded.
