Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Takes Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. The Supplied Equipment And Protective Clothing Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties And In Accordance With European Union Standards And Polish Standards Transposing European Standards. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate Any Activities That Require Employment Under An Employment Contract. The Task Is Co-Financed By The State Budget From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
