Bids Received After The Designated Date And Time Will Not Be Accepted And Will Be Considered Invalid. Coweta County May Negotiate Changes With The Successful Bidder. An Inability To Comply With Negotiated Changes Shall Deem The Bidder Unsuccessful And Shall Void Any Contractual Agreements Reached.
