Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Food Material of Meat, Egg & Cow Milk Bid Document Fee Value (Rs.) 3,000/- Bid Security Value (Rs.) 100,000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna at the above address during 09.00 am to 16:00 hours on any working day from 2025-October -27 (Monday), until 2025-November -17 (Monday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees three Thousand (Rs. 3,000.00). The method of payment will be cash & should be made at the shroff of the Hospital. The bidders shall also register themselves with the Registrar of Public Contracts, Sri Lanka in terms of the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 and the Certificate of Registration or payment receipt shall be submitted along with the bid.
