Specifically, The Object Of The Contract Is The Warranty Service And Maintenance Of The Equipment That Are Detailed In The Technical Prescriptions Package (Ppt), Which Will Have To Provide Essential Care Support Coverage With The Following Features:  Spare Parts In 6 Hours Maximum, 24*7 Telephone Support.  Access To Software And Firmware Updates.  Advanced Monitoring, Automatic Opening Of Requests And Remote Diagnosis.
