Construction Work For Mining – Modernization Of The Reinforcement Of The Campi Shaft. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare All Design Documentation, In Particular The Modernization Of The Structure Of The Shaft Reinforcement, Exhaust Vessels And The Ladder Compartment And The Replacement Of Additional Equipment. The Documentation Must Be Agreed And A Permit To Carry Out The Work Obtained From The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks (Applies To The Underground Part) And Agreed With The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Kraków, Branch Office In Tarnów, And A Permission From The Mining Supervision Authority To Carry Out Work On The Shaft Tower Must Be Obtained. The Contractors Obligation Is To Obtain Permission To Put Into Operation The Basic Facilities, Machines And Equipment Of The Mining Plant, Which Will Be Modernized And Constructed By The Contractor, As Well As Used By Him During The Implementation Of The Works In Compliance With The Requirements Contained In The Geological And Mining Law And The Regulations Issued On Its Basis. 2. The Modernization Will Consist In Particular In Changing The Structure Of: Shaft Reinforcement, Guideways, Hoisting Vessels And Ladder Compartment, Replacing Additional Equipment, Rebuilding The Shaft Tower, Renovating Elements Of The Winding Machine And Introducing The Shaft Signaling And Communication System To Solutions Based On Digital Technology. The Guidance Of The Exhaust Vessels Will Be Changed From Front To Side. 3. The General Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Terms Of Reference, I.E. Conceptual Design Variant For The Renovation Of The Reinforcement Of The Campi Shaft Along With An Estimated Cost Estimate For Kopalnia Soli Bochnia Sp. Z O.O. In The Above The Document Discusses Two Variants Of Reinforcement Renovation In A 3 Or 4 M Pitch. The Mine Chose Variant I In A 3 M Pitch. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Current Status Is Provided In Annexes No. 11 And 12 To The Swz.
