Construction Work – Kankaa Schools New Building, Sr Contract. Hollolan Tilapalvelu Oy Requests Your Offer For The Sr Construction Contract At Koulurinteentie 9E. The Projects Starting Point Is The Documents Of The School Destroyed In The Fire, Which Are Attached To This Request For Tender. The School Is Built In Three Phases And Each Phase Has Its Own Drawings. The First Two Phases Are The Construction Of The School And The Third Phase Is The Connection Work To The D Part Built For The Salpakakka School. In Addition, Changes Have Been Made At Kankaa School And Wall Structures Have Been Reinforced With Special Hard Gypsum Boards With Fiberglass Coating. The Building Has Also Been Sealed And Its Sound Insulation Has Been Improved. The Building Is Supposed To Be Made Of Spatial Elements. The Size Of The Project Is 2300 Brm2. The Project Must Be Implemented In All Its Parts At Least To The Extent Of The Source Data Documents In The Appendices For The Various Systems, Taking Into Account The Construction And Building Engineering Requirements. In Addition, Valid Building Regulations And Related Requirements Must Be Followed. The Building Will Be Connected To The D Part Of Salpakkankakoulu In Accordance With The Original Plans. The Contract Includes Connecting The Building To Part D. The Floor Height Of The New Building Must Be Matched With The Floor Height Of Part D. The Building Must Be Designed And Built As An Sr Contract, Installed Ready For Use And After Official Inspections Have Been Carried Out On The Customers Plot (Turnkey). The Building To Be Offered May Slightly Differ From The Dimensioning Of The Building In The Request For Tender, So That It Is Suitable For The Dimensioning Of The Space Elements Of The Supplier. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Obligations Of The Projects Main Executor. The Contractor Appoints The Main Designer And The Responsible Foreman For The Site. All Plans Are Included In The Delivery. The Customers Representatives Must Have The Opportunity To Participate In Planning Meetings Organized By The Supplier. The Customer Acquires Loose Furniture And Av Equipment. Fixed Furniture, Equipment For Tn Facilities And Kitchen Furniture Are Also Part Of The Contract. The Furniture Included In The Contract Is Listed In The Room Cards. There Are No Room Cards For Phase 1 Facilities. Phase 2 Room Cards And Furniture Are Applied To Them. Changes And Repairs Have Been Done In The Building. The Room Division And Facilities Are Made According To Up-To-Date Drawings. Construction And Alteration Work Has Been Done In The Building, E.G. Strengthening Of The Inner Wall Panels And Sealing Repairs Have Been Made To The Structures Between The Envelope And The Premises. The Wall Structures Must Be Built To The Same Level Of Tightness And Impact Resistance As In The Burnt Building. The Ec Fan Motors And Lighting For Ventilation Machines Have Been Renewed For Led Lighting. The Automation Has Also Been Renovated. The Sr Contractor Obtains A Building Permit For The Building. Commercial And Technical Documents Are Attached To This Request For Tender. There Is Also A Link To Drone And Photos Of The Area, Where You Can View The Current Situation Of The Area. The Final Drawings And Other Documents, As Well As The Material Included In The Maintenance Book, Are Exported To The Electronic Maintenance Book (Bem) As Part Of The Contract.
