Engineering Support Services – Mission To Control The Management And Operation Of Parking On Roads And In Works In The City Of Levallois. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Control The Management And Operation Of Parking On Roads And In Structures In The Town Of Levallois, Managed Through Three Public Service Delegations. This Contract Is Subject To The Public Order Code. This Document Is Referred To As “The Code” Throughout The Consultation Documents. Qualified As An Intellectual Services Contract, It Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Ccag Applicable To Intellectual Services Approved By Order Of March 30, 2021. It Is Awarded According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 And R.2161-1 To R.2161-5 Of The Code. It Constitutes A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Code. The Contract Will Be Awarded To A Single Holder For A Maximum Period Of 4 Years, Including Renewal. As This Is An Open Procedure, The Maximum Number Of Participants Is Not Limited. The Maximum Value Of Purchase Orders Is Set At 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat, Over The Total Duration Of The Contract, Renewals Included. There Is No Minimum Amount
