The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Consists In The Provision Of Specialized Advisory Support Services (Technical And Administrative) For The Planning, Preparation Of Tenders And Supervision Of The Implementation Of Upgrading Projects Of The Designated Ports, (As Defined In Article 29, Law 2160/1993) Or Ports That Are In The Process Of Direct Location And Are Under The Management Of Public And Municipal Bodies (Port Organizations, Municipal Port Funds, Municipalities Or Other Development Bodies Of Public And Municipal Interest) That Do Not Have The Required Technical Competence And Financial Capacity. • In Particular, The Following Service Groups Are Included: Service Group 1: Pre-Work – Prioritization And Assistance For The Strategic Planning Of New Projects • Service Group 2: Support In The Tendering, Awarding And Monitoring Of The Preparation Of Studies • Service Group 3: Support In Securing And Managing Financing • Service Group 4: Support In The Tendering And Awarding Of Project Implementation Contracts, Including The Preparation Of Technical Studies. • Service Group 5: Assistance To Oversee Project Implementation
