Construction-Site Supervision Services – Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut For Objects To The Project: Construction/Upgrading Of The Green Infrastructure To Reduce Secondary Dusting In The Urban Environment Within The Regulatory Limits Of The Urbanized Territories Of The City Of Lovech, Municipality Of Lovech. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Consultant To Assess The Compliance Of An Investment Project And Exercise Construction Supervision According To Art. 166 Of The Civil Code In Connection With The Implementation Of Sites In Implementation Of The Project Construction/Upgrading Of The Green Infrastructure To Reduce Secondary Dusting In The Urban Environment Within The Regulatory Limits Of The Urbanized Territories Of The City Of Lovech, Municipality Of Lovech The Service Provider Will Have Obligations Arising From The Civil Code And In Accordance With All Other Legal Acts Regulating The Peculiarities And Obligations Of His Activity In View Of The Specifics Of Construction During The Implementation Of The Project.
