The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of The Following Elements: 1) Design Documentation, Including: A) Construction Design Together With The Authors Supervision, B) Obtaining A Building Permit And Other Necessary Administrative Decisions, C) Development Of An Executive Design, D) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic Documentation As-Built, 2) And Works In The Scope Of: A) Surface And Subgrade, B) Railway Traffic Control Devices (Srk), C) Telecommunications Devices And Systems, D) Traction Network With Power Supply, E) Electrical Power Equipment And Systems Up To 1 Kv, F) Engineering Structures With Accesses, Ramps, G) Platforms With Ramps And Elevators, Shelters, Small Architecture, H) Accesses, Parking Spaces, I) Geology. 3) Works Involving The Reconstruction And Construction Of Environmental Protection Facilities. 4) Carrying Out The Conformity Assessment Process Of The Infrastructure Structural Subsystem (In The Scope Of Construction Of Platforms) In The Part Covered By The Scope Of The Order At Each Stage (Design, Construction And Final Tests Of The Subsystem) And Submitting The Appropriate Ec Verification Declarations And Ec Verification Certificates For The Subsystem. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Volume Iii Of The Swz. Information Supplementing Section 5.1.3 Estimated Validity Period: Order Implementation Period: 49 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement In Accordance With § 1 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Contained In Volume Ii Of The Swz. 1) Completion Of All Works And Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order (Subject To The Point Below), Including Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Related To The Certification Process, Including Submitting Complete Applications Enabling Obtaining Permission To Operate The Structural Subsystem (In The Event That The Ordering Party Receives A Decision Of The President Of Utk On Such Necessity) - 41 (Forty-One) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, 2) Providing The Ordering Party With Permission To Operate The Structural Subsystem Operation Of Structural Subsystems, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act, If The Ordering Party Receives A Decision From The President Of Utk On Such Necessity - No Longer Than Within 8 (Eight) Months From The Date Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party.
