System And Support Services – Provision Of Support Services, Technical Assistance And Preventive And Corrective Software Maintenance For The Electronic Single Point Of Contact (Pcue) It System. The Provision Of Support Services, Technical Assistance And Preventive And Corrective Software Maintenance For The Computer System Electronic Single Contact Point (Pcue) -Preventive Maintenance Consists Of Activities Carried Out Daily, On All Software Elements Of The System, So As To Ensure That The Pcue Operates At The Required Availability And Reliability Parameters. Corrective Maintenance Is An Organized Process That Involves Carrying Out The Periodic Activities Necessary To Report Defects - Support Request -, Identifying The Causes That Have Generated Defects And Their Remedy. In Order To Maintain The Components Of The Computer System At The Optimal Parameters And In The Conditions Of Performance And Availability In Which They Were Implemented, The Maintenance Services To Be Purchased Must Cover At Least The Following Areas: • Providing Monthly Support Services For The Operation Of The Computer System Including: Providing Support Services, Technical Assistance And Preventive And Corrective Software Maintenance For The Functionalities Of The Pcue Computer System. • Providing Administration Services Including: Administration Of Pcues Databases And Application Servers, Respectively Monitoring And Increasing System Performance, Updates, Documentation, Back-Up And Restoration Of Applications. During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded, As Follows: 1. Pcue Support, Technical Assistance, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services, In The Form Of A Monthly Subscription, Provided Per Calendar Month Which Can Be Provided As Follows: For The Duration Of The Entire Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated - Minimum Quantity - Minimum 3 Subsequent Contracts For Services Provided During The Framework Agreement Of 15 Months - Maximum Quantity - Maximum 7 Subsequent Contracts Of Services Provided During The 15-Month Framework Agreement. For The Duration Of A Subsequent Contract, Monthly Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services Are Estimated, In The Form Of A Monthly Subscription Equivalent To One Calendar Month - Minimum Quantity - Support Services, Technical Assistance, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Pcue Provided Within A Subsequent Contract For At Least 1 Calendar Month, Based On A Monthly Subscription; - Maximum Quantity – Support Services, Technical Assistance, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Pcus Provided Under A Subsequent Contract For A Maximum Of 12 Calendar Months, On A Monthly Subscription Basis. The Maintenance Services Will Be Ensured So That In The Event Of A Software Failure The Solution Will Be Kept/Returned To Normal Operating Parameters (All Operations Necessary For The Solution To Function At Normal Parameters Will Be Carried Out, I.E. Maintaining The System At The Agreed Values).
