The Client Intends To Commission A General Contractor With The Planning And Construction Services For The New Administration Building, Which The Client Is Building As An In-House Company For The City Of Schwerte For Stadtwerke Schwerte Gmbh. The Current Administration Building Of The Schwerte Public Utility Company No Longer Meets The Current Space Requirements. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Turnkey Planning And Construction Of The New Administration Building On A Property In The Dohrbaum Industrial Estate In Schwerte. For This Purpose, The Client Will Conclude A Rental Agreement With Construction Obligation With Stadtwerke Schwerte Gmbh.
