Tenders are invited for Procurement of Infrastructure Hardware. The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50000 /= (Uganda Shillings: One hundred thousand Shillings only). The method of payment will by Bank to NSSF Administration Account number 9030005950790 at STANBIC BANK UGANDA LTD. Bidders shall then submit Bank deposit slips to the NSSF Cashier on 14th floor southern wing, Workers House. Upon which they will be given receipts on confirmation of receipt of the funds to the specified account. The document will be picked by the bidders or representatives from NSSF Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 17/11/2025 at 10:00PM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 5,000,000 (Uganda Shillings; Five Million only).
