The Cooperation Activity Carried Out By Expertise France Results In The Concentration Of Activities In Certain Geographic Areas, Which Require, On The Basis Of Findings And Concerted Discussions, The Pooling Of Resources Within Shared Offices Or Project Support Units (Usp). As Part Of Its Organizational Transformation, Expertise France Has Set Up A Task Force Dedicated To Decentralization. This Initiative Aims To Strengthen And Accelerate The Decentralization Process By Consolidating The Means Of Implementation, Support And Management Of Field Activities. The Main Objective Of The Decentralization Task Force (Tfd) Is To Coordinate And Ensure The Effective Deployment Of Decentralized Structures, Including Country Directorates, Project Support Units (Usps), As Well As Shared Offices And Decentralized Project Teams. In This Context, The Expertise Network Of The Decentralization Task Force Allows The Rapid Mobilization Of Adapted Technical Expertise, Specialized In Supporting Change And In The Establishment Of Decentralized Structures, In The Countries Of Intervention Of Expertise France, In Accordance With The Defined Target Organizations. The Intellectual Service Missions Will Support The Establishment Of Shared Resource Organizations Between The Projects Implemented By Expertise France In The Same Geographical Area. The Expert Missions Awarded Within The Framework Of This Sad Will Thus Contribute To Optimizing And Strengthening The Capacities Deployed In The Field, In A Decentralized Approach And With Improved Project Management By The Agency. The Expertise Missions, Once Validated By The Tfd Team, Will Be The Subject Of Specific Contracts Awarded Within The Framework Of This Sad. Each Specific Contract Will Be Awarded To The Operator Having Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, On The Basis Of The Award Criteria Set Out In The Contract Notice Or, When The Call For Competition Is Published By Means Of A Pre-Information Notice Or A Periodic Indicative Notice, In The Invitation To Confirm Interest.
