The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Ssl/Tls Traffic Detection And Distribution Services Using A Solution In The Form Of An Ssl/Tls Traffic Decryption System With Hardware Acceleration Allowing Data Encryption/Decryption At A Speed Of Min. 35Gbps. As Part Of The Provision Of The Service, The Ordering Party Requires Technical Support Aimed At Its Uninterrupted Operation For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Service Launch Protocol. Technical And Service Support Must Be Provided At The Point Of Use Of The System And Devices. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Granted To It, And The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure On This Basis Was Provided For In The Contract Notice (Article 257 Of The Public Procurement Act).
