The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For The Provision Of Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer, Namely: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As All Other Services In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement.
