The Quantities Of Products Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Approximate. The Quantity Of The Ordered Assortment May Be Reduced During The Term Of The Contract, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Without Any Right To Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Place The Order In Batches (In Parts), Which Will Be Referred To As A One-Time Order In The Further Text Of The Contract. Collection Will Be Made Successively In Batches (In Parts) By The Ordering Party From A Point Indicated By The Contractor Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Opole, Or The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Parts To The Address Of The Transport Department Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Opole; Street Oleska 95, 45-232 Opole, Within Three Business Days Of The Contractors Receipt Of The One-Off Order Sent By The Ordering Party By Fax Or To The Contractors E-Mail Address.
