The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Inhabited By Residents Of The Skomlin Commune And From Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Located In The Skomlin Commune, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028, And Equipping Them With Waste Containers Or Bags, As Agreed With The Ordering Party. 4.2.
