Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock – Repairs At The P4 Maintenance Level Of 33 Electric Multiple Units Of The En57akm Series. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Repairs At The P4 Maintenance Level Of 33 (Thirty-Three) En57akm Series Electric Multiple Units (Ezt), Which Underwent Repairs At The P5 Maintenance Level In 2013-2014. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Also: 1) Perform Work Beyond The Permanent Scope Of Repair At The P4 Maintenance Level, I.E. Work Necessary To Be Performed During The Repair To Obtain The Technical Condition Specified In The Regulations And Technical Acceptance Conditions, But Not Occurring In Every Emu Repair, To Ensure Proper Operation And Other Unforeseen Works Depending On The Needs Or Indicated And Accepted By The Ordering Party, And Fill In The Gaps - Additional Works, 2) List In All 33 Emu Monitoring System (From Analog To Digital) - Additional Modernization Works, 3) Replaced Communication Modules In All 33 Emus From 3G To 5G - Additional Modernization Works. 2. A Detailed Description, Scope, Requirements And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Together With The Annexes. 3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To In The Swz And Annexes. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Evidence Referred To Above (If Applicable). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Evidence Referred To Above (If Applicable), Subject To The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For A Period Of At Least 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Commission Acceptance Protocol For A Given Electric Multiple Unit, For Each Entire Emu After Repair To The P4 Maintenance Level. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Order To Be Completed In The Years 2026 - 2027. 6. The Ordering Party Requires Repairs To The P4 Maintenance Level Of Each Electric Multiple Unit, Together With Additional Works And Additional Modernization Works Referred To In Section 1 Points 1)-3), Within A Period Not Longer Than 60 Calendar Days, Counting From
