The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Permanently Ensure The Proper Functioning, Operation, Monitoring, Maintenance And Performance Of All Technical Installations: Distribution Of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Electrical Installations, Plumbing Installations, Electromechanical And Fire Protection Equipment. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 5 Firm Years From Notification Of The Contract. The Consultation Is Not Broken Down Into Batches For The Following Reasons: Execution Of The Services Is Technically More Difficult (All Of The Installations Constitute A Homogeneous Whole And Are Linked To Each Other); A Strong Link Of Responsibility Between Routine Maintenance (P2) And Major Maintenance And Renewal (P3); Better Coordination Of Interventions, Facilitation Of Energy Optimization Of The Site. The Form Chosen For The Execution Of The Contract Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement For Services Comprising A Fixed-Rate Part And A Purchase Order Part With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 800,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For 5 Years In Application Of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° And R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code
