The Subject Of The Order Is: Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Provision Of Liquid Waste Removal Services Using A Slurry Tanker From Septic Tanks, Thorough Cleaning Of Tanks And Pressure Cleaning Of The External Sewage System At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Order With A Maximum Of 4 Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And Offer The Most Favorable Conditions In The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Whose Valuation Of Individual Services Does Not Exceed The Unit Amounts That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Implementation Of The Order, Unless The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Accept An Offer With A Higher Valuation (Acceptance Of An Offer With A Higher Valuation Is A Discretionary Decision Of The Ordering Party And Results In The Contractor Being Placed In The Ranking Of Contractors).
