The Supplier Will Provide Membership In A Coworking Space For 10 People In Two Physically Separate, Lockable Offices, Reserved Exclusively For The Client, With 24/7 Access, Provision Of A Minimum Total Of 20 Hours Per Week For The Use Of Meeting Rooms, With At Least 1 Such Provided Room Having A Capacity For Up To 12 People, Access To Shared Spaces And Facilities, Such As A Kitchen, Relaxation Areas And Common Work Areas. Part Of The Performance Is Also The Provision Of Administrative And Operational Support Related To The Operation Of The Work Environment, In Particular Reception Services (Receiving Mail, Introducing Visitors), Management Of Access Rights, Operation Of The Reservation System, General Technical Support, Cleaning Of Premises, Replenishment Of Basic Operational Needs, Provision Of Internet Connection And Access To Printing Services. It Is Required That The Offered Services Be Provided In A Building Located Within A Maximum Walking Distance Of 1.5 Km From The Clients Headquarters At Štěpánská 15, Prague 2.
