Work Detail
Construction Work - Utilization Of Geothermal Energy Development. The Municipality Of Mezőcsát Wants To Ensure The Heating Of The Towns Public Institutions With Geothermal Energy. For This Purpose, They Would Use The Barren Hydrocarbon Research Borehole Marked Mezőcsá - 1 On The Border Of The Settlement. As Part Of The Project, In The Northern Border Of The Settlement, Approx. We Are Planning To Convert A 600 M Distance, Barren Research Well For Hydrocarbons Drilled And Sealed In The 90S, Into A Thermal Well. The Thermal Water Heat Source, Forecasted For A Yield Of ~700 [Liters/Minute] And ~57 °C, Will Be Led To The Thermal Center In The Thermal Bath And Connected To A Newly Constructed District Heating System, Which Will Partially Replace The Current Use Of Natural Gas For Heating The 13 Municipal Properties. Phase 1: Well Training: After The Drilling Equipment Has Been Deployed And Installed, The 3 Christmas Tree Mounted On The Well Must Be Dismantled, And A Blowout Preventer Must Be Built On The 9 5/8 Pipe Head. After That, The Exploratory Borehole Will Be Cleaned Up To 1071 M, I.E. Up To The Top Of The Cement Plug. The Depth Of The Layers Included In The Plan In The Original Geophysical Section Must Be Specified With Natural Gamma Assembly, And Then The Following Layers Must Be Opened In The 7 Casing Pipe With 24 Shots Per Meter, In Their Actual Level: 815 - 820 M, 956 - 967 M, 971 - 976 M, 1020 - 1025 M, Up To 1067 M. The Drilling Is To Be Carried Out Gradually From The Bottom Up, Until The Maximum Sand-Free Performance Is Achieved. Based On The Results Obtained, The Construction Can Proceed To The Next Stage During The Execution Of The Well 2. Optional Part: Is Indicated In The Budget. 2. Well Training: It Is Expected That The Loose Layers To Be Opened Will Be Sanded, With A 0.4 Mm Slot Size Johnson Filter In The Intervals Above. The 102 Mm Diameter Steel Insert Filter Must Be Built. The Annular Space Around It Must Be Filled With Graded Gravel, Expected To Be 1-3 Mm In Diameter, And Then The Pipe Gap Must Be Accurately Sealed With A 102/7 Diameter Stuffing Box. Cleaning With A Compressor Should Be Done Again, Followed By Test Pumping, With A Log Of Operating Parameters Every 2 Hours. In The Meantime, The Following Instrumented Well Tests Must Be Carried Out: - Footing Depth Control, - Rheometering, - Capacity Measurement, - Pressure Rise Measurement, - Pressure Gradient Measurement, - Water And Gas Sampling. The Sample Taken Must Be Transported To An Accredited Laboratory And Have A Complete Hot Water Test Performed. The Geological And Technical Data Of The Trained Thermal Well Must Be Recorded In The Water Geological Log According To The Relevant Regulations. Well Top Training - The Well Fittings Were Designed To Be Raised To Ground Level, Due To The Expected Positivity, 3
