The Project Is Financed On The Basis Of The Partnership Agreement On The Joint Implementation Of The Task Entitled Small Retention In The Municipalities Of The Parsęta River Basin, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Fepz.02 2021-2027 Program And The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Szczecin.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: A) Construction Of Underground Retention Reservoirs For Rainwater And Meltwater, A Retention Meadow Area And A Stormwater Pumping Station For Rainwater Retention From The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of Two Pumptruck Bicycle Tracks And The Construction Of A Road Traffic Town In The City Park In Karlino, Along With Obtaining The Use Permit. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Described In The Annexes To The Swz, B) Purchasing And Installing An Information Board On The Sources Of Financing In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Workmanship, Correct Installation And Condition Of The Boards Throughout The Construction Period. The Information Board Regarding Funding From The Fepz Should Be 240X120 Cm, And The Board Regarding Funding From Wfośigw Should Be 60X42 Cm. Templates Of The Tables Are Included In The Annexes.4. In All Places Of The Tor Or Its Annexes Where An Example Of A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Is Used Or Where The Contracting Authority Describes The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Respectively, Provided That The Contractor Ensures Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.5.
