The General Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Implementation Of The Order, Including: The Development Of Design Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works, Are Included In The Functional And Utility Programs. After Preparing The Design Documentation And Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractors Obligation Is To Obtain Administrative Decisions For The Ordering Party Enabling Their Commencement And Implementation Or To Report Works That Do Not Require Such A Decision. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Site Visit. D) The Project Must Cover All Required Industries. The Project Should Be Prepared On A Current Map For Design Purposes (4 Copies + Electronic Version On An Electronic Medium, One Copy In A Non-Editable Pdf Version, One Copy In An Editable Version), E) Soil And Water Tests In The Investment Area, (2 Copies + Electronic Version On An Electronic Medium, One Copy In A Non-Editable Pdf Version, One Copy In An Editable Version - If Necessary), F) Making All Arrangements, Obtaining All Opinions And Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Including Consents To Dispose Of Land Together With A Building Permit, Necessary For Construction And Commissioning. G) Executive Documentation For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment. The Technical Implementation Designs Will Provide Details For The Implementation Of The Construction Design.
