1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Sienkiewicz Culture Center - Stage Ii - Revitalization Of The Northern Manor House. The Above Task Will Be Carried Out In The Manor Complex In Wola Okrzejska, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Of The Lublin Voivodeship Under Number A/386. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: A) Revitalization Of The Northern Manor Building, B) Renovation And Expansion Of The Sanitary Building With A Utility Room, C) Construction Of An Educational And Recreational Shelter, D) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System, Water Supply Network And Thermal.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Includes The Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Bill Of Quantities Is A Supplement To The Subject Of The Order And Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Price For The Execution Of The Order. The Industry Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature Only.4. The Contractors Obligation Is To Implement The Contract On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Specified Above. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.5. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Origin In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Connection With The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, Such Indication Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract Using Its Own And New Materials.6. If The Design Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.
