The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Piece Of A Brand New Power Generator With A Capacity Of 120 Kw, Mounted On A Trailer, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Staroźreby Commune Office, Ul. Płocka 18, 09-440 Staroźreby. The Device Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office In Fully Operational Condition, Not As An Exhibition Item, Free From Legal And Factual Defects, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, Not Being The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security, In Terms Of Quality Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Quality Standards, Approved For Legal Trade In The Territory Of The Eu. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Offered Generator Have A Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of An International Standard. Quality Iso 9001 And Iso 14001. The Ordering Party Informs That A Generator Mounted On A Trailer Without Its Own Drive (I.E. Not A Self-Propelled Vehicle), Whose Main Purpose Is To Operate Stationary In One Place, Is Not Classified As A Mobile Machine (Nrmm) Within The Meaning Of Directive 2016/1628. Due To The Above, The Offered Generator Should Be Considered A Stationary Machine, Not Intended To Be Moved On Roads, And Therefore Not Subject To The Obligation To Meet The Exhaust Emission Standards Specified In The Stage V Regulation.
