1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Department Of The European Regional Development Fund (Fr) In The Years 2026-20272. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Catering Services In A Way That Allows Accessibility To All Meeting Participants, Including People With Disabilities: - The Contractor Will Ensure That The Tables/Bar Tables Are Arranged In Such A Way That It Is Possible For People With Mobility Disabilities To Move Freely Between Them (Appropriate Distances Between Tables Will Be Maintained); - If The Nature Of The Meeting Requires It, The Contractor Will Provide Bar Tables Enabling People With Mobility Disabilities To Eat At An Appropriately Lower Height, - The Number Of Bar Tables Intended For People With Mobility Disabilities Will Be Reported To The Contractor No Later Than 60 Hours Before The Event Date.3.
