Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Modernization, Expansion And Construction Of Lighting In The City Of Inowrocław

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization, Expansion And Construction Of Lighting Infrastructure In The City Of Inowrocław, In The Areas Indicated In Annexes No. 9, 10 And 11 To The Swz In Accordance With The Employers Guidelines Contained In This Swz And Its Annexes. 2. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Provide For: 1) Replacement Of Existing Sodium Luminaires With Led Luminaires; 2) Replacement Of Lighting Poles And Power Cables; 3) Construction And/Or Modernization Of The Power Supply Network - Reconstruction Of Overhead Lines Into Cable Ones And Connection To Existing Lighting Cabinets Or Design Of New Cabinets; 4) Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (75 Crossings); 5) Replacement Of Fixtures, Poles And Cabling Belonging To Enea Along With The Decommissioning Project.3. Design Documentation: 1) Should Be Developed Based On The Data From The Lighting Modernization Table Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz; 2) Should Contain Technical Solutions Enabling Energy Efficiency And The Possibility Of Remote Lighting Control (Using Intelligent Systems); 3) Should Be Developed On A Map For Design Purposes (If It Concerns A Given Scope Of Design Works), 4) Should Include: A) Construction And Executive Design Of The Electrical Industry, B) Indication Of Places Of Liquidation And New Locations Of Points Lighting,C) Indication Of Places For Replacing The Existing Lighting Infrastructure (Luminaires, Poles),D) Design Of The Arrangement Of Led Luminaires And Poles,E) Photometric Calculations For Streets And Pedestrian Crossings,F) Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities (Enabling The Separation Of A Specific Street, Pedestrian Crossing),G) Technical Specifications For The Work Acceptance,H) Arrangements With Enea Operator And Other Network Operators (If Applicable),I) Necessary Opinions And Decisions,J) Design Of Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization (If Necessary).4. The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Ordering A Geodetic Map For Design Purposes; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Arrangements And Opinions; 3) Developing And Presenting The Concept Of Proposed Solutions To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 90 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Commencing Further Design Work After Obtaining Such Approval; 4) Agreeing On The Project At The Coordination Meeting At The District Office; 5) Reporting The Intention To Perform Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or Obtain A Building Permit To The Administrative Body Architectural And Construction, Depending On The Requirements Of The Construction Law;6) Applying To Enea Operator For New Conditions (If Necessary);7) Taking Into Account In The Project The Possible Need To Change The Location Or Height Regulation Of Infrastructure Elements, Along With The Necessary Arrangements Of Network Owners;5.
