As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Energy Audits In Selected Residential Buildings (Indicated By The Ordering Party) Located In The Wyszków Commune. The Scope Of Each Study Will Include: Identification Of Elements In Residential Buildings Requiring Thermal Modernization; Preparation Of A Thermal Modernization Plan - Identification Of Elements Requiring Change/Replacement/Modernization/Sealing, And If Possible, Indication Of The Estimated Valuation Of The Works, Analysis Of The Feasibility Of Replacing The Heat Source, Analysis Of The Possibility Of Using Renewable Energy Sources. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Audits In Accordance With Environmental Protection Principles, Applicable Standards And Applicable Legal Provisions.
