1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Conservation Works Consisting In Renovation Of The Facade And Waterproofing Of The Mała Zbrojownia Building In Gdańsk, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. 432, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Conservation Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst).2) The Scope Of The Works Includes In Particular: A) Insulation Horizontal And Vertical Foundation Walls Of The Western Façade, B) Renovation Of The Brick Facade - Cleaning, Fungus Removal, Filling And Pointing Of Bricks, Hydrophobization, C) Renovation Of The Plastered Facade - Repair And Restoration Of Plaster Coatings, Painting, D) Conservation And Repair Of Architectural Details Made Of Natural Stone And Metal Elements, D) Renovation Of Plinths And Architraves Around The Building, E) Repair And Supplementation Of Door And Carpentry Elements Gates, F) Accompanying And Preparatory Works, Including Assembly And Disassembly Of Scaffoldings, Securing The Work Area And Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works. 3) Detailed Technical Parameters Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Conservation Documentation And Sst Constituting Annexes To The Swz And Constituting The Basis For Preparing The Offer.
