1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Operation Services For Central Heating Installations In Buildings Managed By Kzgm In Katowice, In The Resources Of Building Operations Departments 1 To 6, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Replenishing The Central Heating Installation; 2) Checking The Position Of Vertical Valves On The Distributor Beams, Opening Closed Valves; 3) Checking The Condition Of Thermal Insulation On Pipelines (In Common Parts Of Buildings); 4) Reporting Irregularities On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To Heat Suppliers And Entities Operating Boiler Rooms And Exchange Stations, In Order To Ensure Correct Parameters Of The Heating Medium Supplied To The Buildings; 5) Removing Leaks And Leaks In The Central Heating Installation. By Rewinding, Tightening Threaded And Flange Connections, Installing Sealing Clamps; 6) Adjusting The Settings Of The Heating Medium In Radiator Valves, Sub-Vertical Differential Pressure Valves And Other Control Valves, Eliminating Malfunctions Of Individual Radiators, 7) Adjusting The Settings In Sub-Vertical Regulating Valves, Eliminating Malfunctions Of The Installation, 8) Venting The Central Heating Installations And Devices, 9) Removing Irregularities Related To Underheating Of Apartments Caused By Incorrect Operation Of The Internal Central Heating Installation Heating; 10) Flushing The Central Heating Installation Along With Radiators; 11) Limiting, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Heating In The Basements Of Buildings And In Staircases And Other Rooms; 12) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Cutting Off The Heat Supply To The Premises By Plugging And Sealing The Installation And Then Reconnecting It At The Request Of The Ordering Party; 13) Replacement Of Radiator Valves, Thermostatic Valves, Thermostatic Heads, Automatic Vent Valves, Valve Inserts And Any Other Valves That Are Part Of The Central Heating Installation; 14) Informing The Ordering Party About The Occurrence Of Irregularities In The Central Heating Installation, The Removal Of Which Requires Taking Actions Exceeding The Scope Specified In This Contract. The Scope Of Services Also Includes All Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Not Indicated In The Swz But Specified In The Contract With Annexes.2.
