1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation In The Design And Build System Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Primary School No. 5 In Świdnik In The Scope Of Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Leveling Of The Area In Order To Protect The School Against Flooding. 1.1 Preparatory Works Disassembly Of The Overhead Power Plant (9 Elements): - The Devices Should Be Dismantled And Secured For Reassembly. - The Elements Should Be Protected Against Corrosion. Tearing Up The Existing Facade: - Tearing Off The Facade To A Height Of 40 Cm Over A Length Of 38 Meters (Approx. 15.2 M²). - Disposal Of Materials In Accordance With The Regulations On Construction Waste. Tearing Off The Terrazzo Band And Styrofoam Insulation: - Styrofoam Dismantled From The Basement Ceiling Level. - Terrazzo For Mechanical Chipping, Thickness Approx. 4–20 Cm. Excavation Of The Foundation Wall: - Excavation To A Depth Of Approx. 4 M, Securing The Excavation (E.G. System Formwork, Slopes). - Scope: Approx. 40 M. Drying And Cleaning Of The Surface: - Washing And Sandblasting/Cleaning The Concrete Surface. - Drying Using The Convection Method Or Heaters (At Humidity > 6%), Drying Using Other Methods Is Allowed. Local Repairs Of Reinforced Concrete: - Use Of A Construction Chemical Repair System. Parameters Examples: Compressive Strength: > 45 Mpa (After 28 Days). Adhesion To The Substrate: > 1.5 Mpa. Class R4 According To En 1504-3.1.2 Execution Of Heavy Insulation, Vertical And Horizontal Waterproofing (Wall + Basement Ceiling) - Area Approx. 230 M². - Material: Polymer-Modified Bituminous Mass Or Epdm Foil. - Parameters: Layer Thickness: 3–5 Mm (For Mass), 1.2–2 Mm (For Epdm Foil). Resistance To Pressurized Water: Min. 0.5 Mpa. Flexibility At Low Temperature: Up To -20°C. Adhesion To Concrete: > 0.5 Mpa. Thermal Insulation - Styrodur (Xps) On The Wall And Ceiling Of The Basement - Approx. 230 M²: - Example Parameters: Thickness: 10 Cm. Thermal Conductivity Coefficient (Λ): ≤ 0.035 W/M·K. Resistance To Compression: ≥ 300 Kpa. Water Absorption: < 0.7% Of The Volume. 1.3 Additional Works Disassembly And Construction Of A New Polyurethane Surface - Area 54 M²: - Layers: Priming, Flexible (Pu), Abrasion-Resistant Top. - Parameters: Thickness: 10–15 Mm. Abrasion Resistance: ≤ 0.1 G (Pn-En Iso 5470-1). Slip Resistance: ≥ 45 Bpn. Concrete Block Strip - Length 38 M, Width Min. 40 Cm: - Paving Stones, Thickness Min. 6 Cm.- Cement-Sand Bedding: 1:4, Thickness 3–5 Cm.- Concrete Edges: 8 × 30 × 100 Cm. Trough And Drainage – 40 M, Depth Approx. 3 M:- Perforated Pvc Drainage Pipe, Min. Ø 100 Mm.- Cover: Gravel Fraction 8–16 Mm.- Non-Woven Fabric Filtration: Min. 100 G/M².- Control Wells Every 10–15 M.- Min. Drop. 0.5–1%.1.4.
