Tenders Are Invited For Providing Laundry Services To Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Washing Services For The Ordering Partys Products, Which Include: Cotton, Cotton Pillowcase, Cotton Sheet, Large Terry Towel, Small Terry Towel, Terry Mattress Cover (Underlay), Blanket (Wool, Angora, Artificial), Tablecloth (Damask), Curtain (Bistro), Restaurant Napkin, Table Valance, Cover For Chairs, Pillow, Quilt, Bedspread, Bed Valance2. Laundry Services Will Be Provided By The Contractor To Two Facilities Of The Ordering Party That Run Accommodation Activities, I.E.: - Sports Facilities, Hotel Camping Malta Poznań, Ul. Krańcowa 98, Poznań, - Golęcin Branch, Golęcin Accommodation, Ul. Warmińska 1, Poznań.3. Average Monthly Quantity Of Assortment Intended For Washing: 3,600 Kg. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Amount Of Washing Is Estimated At 36,000 Kg.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Service.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Terms Of Reference.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Zlotys). Civil Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences.7. Option Right: The Ordering Party Declares That The Basic, Guaranteed Scope Covers Services Worth 80% Of The Total Offer Price Provided By The Contractor In The Offer Form. Other Services Worth 20% Of The Offer Price Specified In The Offer Form Are Covered By Option Rights (Extended Scope). The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option In The Event Of Using The Basic Scope, Guaranteed Before The Expiry Of The Period For Which The Contract With The Contractor Will Be Concluded, In The Event Of Increased Demand For The Subject Of The Order.
