Poniatowskiego 48, 22-300 Krasnystaw. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Dismantling The Existing Playground Equipment - Demolition, Preparatory And Cleaning Works; Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Equipment Including: - A Board With Regulations (1 Pc.) - A Play Set With A Sandbox (1 Pc.) - A Gazebo (1 Pc.) - A Mud Kitchen (1 Pc.) - A Workshop Board (1 Pc.) - Locomotive (1 Pc.) - Flower Pot With Container (3 Pcs.) - Vegetable Garden (2 Pcs.) - Drawing And Painting Board (2 Pcs.) - Shop (1 Pc.) - Garbage Bin (1 Pc.) - Table With Benches (2 Pcs.) - Bench With Backrest (3 Pcs.). Reconstruction Of The Lawn With The Use Of A Safe Surface Made Of Overgrown Mats; Presentation Of A List Of Devices With Photos And Parameters By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Within 5 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Provide Its Acceptance Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Submission Of The List By The Contractor. If The Device Or Devices Are Not Approved, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Replacement Device Or Devices For Further Verification By The Ordering Party.
