Tadeusz Kościuszko In Chodcz In Chodcze In Quantities Of 80,000 Liters In The Heating Season 2024/2025.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Oil Supplied, In Relation To The Quantities Specified In Point 1, Due To Weather And Atmospheric Conditions Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Ordering Partys Demand For The Quantity Of Oil Supplies. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Change Of The Order. Settlement For Deliveries Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Quantity Of Oil Delivered.3. Heating Oil Must Meet Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard For L-1, Taking Into Account The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws 2016, Item 2008): - Calorific Value Not Lower Than 42.6 Mj/Kg - Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M) - Density At 150C Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M3 - Pour Point Not Higher Than -200C - Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than 560C - Water Content Not Higher Than 200Mg/Kg - Kinematic Viscosity At 200C Not Higher Than 6 Mm2/S - Content Of Solid Impurities Not Higher Than 24 Mg/Kg - Fractional Composition Up To A Temperature Of 2500C Distils No More Than 65% (V/V) - Fractional Composition Up To A Temperature Of 3500C Distils No More Than 85% (V/V) - Red Color4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Unloading Of Oil.5. Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively In Stages Based On A Detailed Order Placed In One Of The Forms (In Writing, By Telephone, Electronically) By The Ordering Party On The Dates, Quantities And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered At A Reference Temperature Of 15 Degrees C.6. The Ordering Party Requires Deliveries From Monday To Friday Inclusive, Between 7 A.M. And 3 P.M. To The Boiler Room In Quantities Agreed By Phone The Day Before The Planned Delivery Date. The Orderer Reserves The Right To Additional Delivery Later On The Same Day, Depending On Needs.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Unloading Place. The Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tankers Intended For The Transport Of Fuel Oil, Equipped With Appropriate, Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With The Necessary Devices For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Oil Into The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Provisions, Including Those Regarding Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Unload The Goods At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
