Tenders Are Invited For Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Catering Equipment For A Nursery And Kindergarten Classes In Postomino

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Catering Equipment For A Nursery And Kindergarten Classes In Postomino As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomino. 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Above Attachment Is Also A Means Of Evidence Confirming The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Nursery And Kindergarten Buildings In Postomino At The Following Address: Postomino 15E, 76-113 Postomino.3.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport, Unloading Of Equipment, Bringing It To Individual Rooms In The Building, Assembly And Commissioning As Well As Securing The Installation Site, Removing Packaging And Cleaning The Rooms. 3.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Equipment To Be Delivered In Stages. 3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Days In Advance. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M..3.7. The Supplied Catering Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Declarations, Which The Contractor Will Provide To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Receipt Of The Equipment. The Equipment Will Meet The Requirements Resulting From Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And The Requirements Of Pn-En Standards Appropriate For A Given Product Range, With Particular Emphasis On Safety Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Operating Instructions And Technical And Operational Documentation For Devices Requiring Them. 3.8. All Devices And Equipment Must Have Valid Hygienic Certificates Or Technical Approvals Or Certificates Authorizing Their Use In Mass Catering Facilities In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards In The Republic Of Poland, Excluding Those Elements For Which Such Requirements Do Not Apply.3.9. Equipment That Constitutes Materials And Articles Intended To Come Into Contact With Food Must Comply With The General Requirements Set Out In Regulation (Ec) No. 1935/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 October 2004 On Materials And Articles Intended To Come Into Contact With Food And Repealing Directives 80/590/Eec And 89/109/Eec (Oj L. 2004 No. 338, P. 4, As Amended). 3/10 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least: 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Quality Guarantee Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.3.11. All Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, And Be Included In The Service Package.
