That, According To The Definition Of Numeral 10 Of Article 4 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886, A Service Contract Is One Through Which The Entities Of The State Administration Entrust A Natural Or Legal Person With The Execution Of Tasks; That, Likewise, The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For The Medical Equipment Of The Anesthesia, Mechanical Ventilation And Monitoring System Of The Hospital Del Salvador Is Classified As A Regular Service, As It Corresponds To Those That Are Required On A Permanent Basis And That Use Personnel Intensively And Directly To Provide What Is Required By The Bidding Entity, As Verified In The Specific Case Of This Tender; That, The Budget Estimate For This Service Purchase Has Been Established In The Section Of Those Contracts Equal To Or Greater Than 1,000 Utm And Less Than 5,000 Utm; That After The Respective Queries, The “Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For The Medical Equipment Of The Anesthesia, Mechanical Ventilation And Monitoring System Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Are Not Available In The Framework Agreement Modality In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Information System Of The Purchasing Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl That, These Purchases Are Linked To Projects 1057489-108-Pc25/Preventive Maintenance Of Medical Equipment, Corresponding To The 2025 Annual Purchasing Plan;
