O Assess The Ongoing Relevance Of Current Strategic Directions: O Prioritize And Strengthen Core Service Offerings O Improve Access To Care In The Community O Increase Em/Anbs Role As A Strong Healthcare Partner O Enhance Employee Experience O Strengthen Digital Health Assets And Technology Solutions O Analyze Internal Operations And Performance Data Alongside System-Level Trends And Reforms. 2. Strategic Planning O Evaluate The Relevance Of Each Strategic Direction Within The Context Of Emerging Provincial Health Priorities, Healthcare Ecosystem, Organizational Mandates, And Stakeholder Expectations. O Update Strategic Objectives And Initiatives To Reflect Future Needs, Operational Realities, And System-Level Reforms. O Develop Draft Strategic Priorities And Measurable Objectives For 2026-2029. O Deliver A Final Strategic Plan Aligned With Em/Anbs Mandate, Performance Framework, And Board Governance Structure.
