Separate Item No. 3 Delivery Of 1 (One) Car With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 37,665.24 Excl. Vat. The Subject Of Separate Item No. 3 Includes Delivery And Warranty Service Of 1 (One) New Passenger Car. Separate Item No. 4 Delivery Of 1 (One) Clean Vehicle With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 62,248.49 Excl. Vat. The Subject Of Item No. 4 Includes Delivery And Warranty Service Of 1 (One) New Clean Vehicle (Car). The Contracting Authority Assigns Separate Positions (Op) No. 2, No. 3 And No. 4 In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) - Contracting Authorities May Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
