Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Asphalt Mixtures For Road Surfaces

The Asphalt Mixtures Subject To The Order Are: Dense Asphalt Concrete Ac 12.5 Ex. A 50/70, Intended For Patching Surface Layers Of Road Pavement, In Connection With The Operational Activity Of Water Supply And Sewerage Ood - Ruse; Asphalt Concrete As 16 Binder 50/70, Intended For The Lower Layer Of The Road Surface, In Connection With The Operational Activity Of Water Supply And Sewerage Ltd. - Ruse. They Must Be Manufactured According To Бдс En 13108 – 1:2016/Бдс En 13108 - 1:2006/Na:2017 Or Their Corresponding Equivalents And Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance №Rd-02-20-1/05.02.2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For The Application Of Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority, Depending On The Objects To Be Implemented And Considering The Accidents That Have Occurred For Removal, For Which The Asphalt Mixtures Will Be Needed. The Client Declares The Quantity He Needs With A Written Request (By E-Mail) Through His Authorized Representative, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Requested Quantities, According To The Deadline In The Request, Which Cannot Be Shorter Than 2 Hours. The Delivery Will Be Made Ex-Officio Asphalt Base/S At The Disposal Of The Contractor, And The Loaded Mixes Will Be Transported By Transport Provided By The Contracting Authority To The Relevant Sites For Their Laying. The Loading Of The Material For Transport Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Asphalt Mixtures Are Transported With Tarpaulin-Covered Vehicles. Their Transportation Time Should Not Be More Than 45 Minutes. The Total Time For Transporting And Laying The Asphalt Mixtures Should Not Exceed 60 Minutes, According To The Technical Specification Of The Road Infrastructure Agency. With Each Delivery, A Two-Sided Acceptance-Handover Protocol Is Drawn Up With The Participation Of Representatives Of The Contractor And The Contracting Authority, And The Corresponding Dispatch Note/Weighing Note/ Is Issued. The Supplier Should Certify The Quality Of Each Delivered Lot With Documents According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1/05.02.2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For Placing Construction Products In The Construction Sites Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. ​​​​​​​
