Maintenance Preventative And Corrective Maintenance In Air Conditioning Hiring A Company To Provide Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services With The Supply Of Air Conditioning Equipment Parts, Window Type And Split Type, Including Installation And Uninstallation Of This Equipment. At The Request Of The Secretariat, Preventive Maintenance Is Carried Out In The Best Possible Way, With The Aim Of Preventing The Equipment From Presenting Problems. This Is Because, According To Information From The Specialized Professionals Themselves, Preventive Maintenance Carried Out Inappropriately Is One Of The Biggest Sources Of Problems For The Equipment. The Services Covered By This Competition Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Manuals And Specific Technical Standards (Abnt), Also Complying With Ordinance No. 3.523/98 Of The Ministry Of Health, With With A View To Maintaining The Equipment In Perfect Conditions Of Use, Ensuring Adequate Refrigeration, And Preventing Risks To Peoples Health. Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services Must Be Provided By Technicians Duly Qualified And Accredited By The Contractor During The Contract Period And Without Any Additional Charges. It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Supply The Equipment And Tools And Parts Necessary To Carry Out The Maintenance, As Well As The Travel Of Its Technicians To The Maintenance Site, Removal And Delivery Of The Equipment And All Corresponding Transportation, Freight And Insurance Expenses. The Contractor Will Supply The Service With Machines, Personal Protective Equipment, Tools And Labor. Necessary For The Execution Of The Services, And Which Allow The Work To Be Printed, Sufficient To Complete The Service Within The Determined Period.
