The Requirement Is For A Team To Identify The Mountain Bike Trails And Infrastructural Requirements In Mullaghamatt Forest, To Provide Detailed Designs For Same And To Submit A Part 8 Planning Application For The Project. Consultation With Key Stakeholders Will Be Required As Part Of The Development Process. The Aim Is To Have The Project Developed To Shovel-Ready Stage For Future Funding Opportunities So Preparing Specifications For Construction Tender Stage Will Also Be Required (Stages I-Iib). The Work Will Be Conducted In Line With The Public Spending Code And In Line With The Coillte Guidelines For Trails Development.
